Ruth Mengede has been in international management positions in industry and for management consultancy firms for many years. Her experience in the steering and management of complex, international projects is extensive.

Between 1988 and 1992 she was responsible for workshop layout planning and material flow management for the overhauling of aircraft components at the Hamburg base of Deutsche Lufthansa.

From 1993 to 2003 she worked with Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, where she became Associate Partner. She started in the Düsseldorf office and in 2001 relocated to the company’s São Paulo office. As a member of the management team for Latin America she developed the firm’s Automotive practice.

Ruth Mengede adopts a holistic approach to consulting and specializes in Strategy Consulting, Process Optimisation, Restructuring, Organisation Development and Change Management. Her clients are in the automotive sector (where they include OEMs, suppliers and larger dealerships) and in the Engineering business.

She joined Matrixs Ltd. in 2006 and became Managing Partner in April 2011.
